Kates'S Place - Ulwell

Convenient location near the center, which made for a peaceful stay 💆‍♂️. the area was calm and just a stone's throw away from everything.

The hotel was located next to the beach and town and the harbour and sea front. The room was beautifully decorated with private bathroom. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware were very handy. Property's location was peaceful, close to the town centre...

I had a wonderful time at Kates'S Place in Ulwell. the room was cozy and really roomy with convenient amenities like a fridge and an electric kettle. Plus, the central heating was a nice touch. I loved being able to enjoy the view of the garden from my room. It was the perfect spot for my travels to Ulwell.

We had a great time in the double room, we really liked it a lot. Being so close to the main beach made it super peaceful and convenient 🏖️.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing! The room was bright, clean, and super comfortable with nice little homely touches. We loved the outdoor dining area with fairy lights, perfect for enjoying our morning croissant and coffee made with the lovely ground coffee provided. The bed was so comfy, and the ensuite was beautifully decorated with clever use of space. The flat-screen TV was a bonus, and the electric kettle was convenient. We also appreciated the free parking on the road outside. The location was great, just a short 15-minute walk to the town center and beach. Can't wait to stay again!

The room at Kate's Place in Ulwell was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a backpacker like me. I loved the private entrance and the terrace with a beautiful garden view. It made me feel like I had my own little slice of paradise. Having an electric kettle and toaster in the room was a great bonus. I could make a quick cup of tea or toast whenever I wanted. The wardrobe and flat-screen TV added a touch of convenience and entertainment to my stay. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities.

Personally, I found the lack of a fridge in the room a drawback. However, it might not bother others who prefer eating out.
